Unclaimed property
Cymbria maintains policies and procedures in accordance with the provincial regulations of Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec, with respect to unclaimed property. Generally, property is deemed to be "unclaimed" if mail and cheques have been returned to us and we have been unable to locate the investor for a three-year period or longer. Cymbria makes all reasonable efforts to locate and notify owners of their unclaimed property by contacting their financial advisor and/or writing to the owner at their last known address. Cymbria maintains a list of owners of unclaimed property who we have been unable to contact.
