Equity analyst Drake always knew he wanted to be a business owner. His first attempt was selling finger puppets to classmates in the second grade, followed by founding a peer-tutoring platform in Grade 11. Drake understands the importance of due diligence when it comes to companies. He added EdgePoint to his watch list early after attending his first Cymbria Day seven years before he officially joined us. The former A-level hockey player traded in his skates for weights to become a competitive powerlifter (his current squat record is 540 lbs. for three reps). When he isn’t at the office or gym, Drake enjoys hiking and supporting his hometown Toronto Maple Leafs.

Prior to joining EdgePoint, Drake worked as a private equity analyst at Turtle Holdings Ltd. and an analyst at Greyhawk Wealth. He has an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
